Our Operating Approach
- Directly Managed Stores: W. C. Bakery directly manages all Paris Baguette locations, overseeing all necessary operational teams either directly or in partnership.
- Prime Location Selection: From securing the best locations to preparing each store, we handle it all to ensure optimal placement.
- Construction and Interior Design: Our in-house team manages construction, interior design, engineering, and permitting to build high-quality stores.
- Ongoing Support: Post-opening, the W. C. Bakery marketing team takes charge of marketing, promotions, and local campaigns to ensure continued success.
Our Locations and Expansion
- Edmonton Southpark: Opened our first Paris Baguette store in September 2023.
- Calgary North: Opened the second store in December 2023.
- Calgary Downtown: Opened the third store in May 2024.
- Edmonton WEM: Opened the fourth store in June 2024.
- BC Lougheed: Opened the first store in December 2024.
- Future Expansion: We aim to open three more locations in 2025 and reach a total of ten stores by 2026.
